We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially for weekends. For group bookings of 5 or more, we suggest booking at least one week ahead to ensure availability.
Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, but we strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment, especially on weekends and public holidays.
Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a credit voucher valid for 12 months. No-shows forfeit their booking.

Age & Health Requirements
The minimum age for most VR experiences is 8 years old. Horror and action games (rated M) require players to be 13+. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Age restrictions are set in accordance with headset manufacturer guidelines.
We advise against participation for individuals with epilepsy, severe motion sickness, photosensitive conditions, recent eye surgery, or those who are pregnant. Please consult your doctor if you have any concerns. Our staff can recommend lower-intensity experiences for those with mild motion sensitivity.
Absolutely not! All sessions include a full briefing and tutorial. Our staff are experienced at helping first-timers feel comfortable. We have beginner-friendly experiences specifically designed for those new to VR.
The VR Experience
Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and clothing you can move freely in. Avoid loose jewellery or accessories that might interfere with the equipment. Long hair should be tied back for comfort with the headset.
Yes! Our headsets accommodate most glasses frames. We also offer lens inserts for prescription glasses wearers — please mention this when booking so we can have them ready for you.
Our free-roam arenas range from 100 to 400 square metres depending on the location and game. Seated and standing VR experiences are available in smaller dedicated booths.
Pricing & Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), EFTPOS, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. Payment is taken on the day of your session.
Yes! Gift vouchers are available in any denomination from $35. They can be purchased in-venue or by contacting us. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
We offer a 10% discount for students and pensioners with valid ID. This applies to standard session prices and cannot be combined with other offers.
Safety & Hygiene
All VR headsets, controllers, and tracking equipment are sanitised between every session using hospital-grade disinfectant. Disposable hygienic face covers are provided for every player.
Simply remove your headset and let our staff know. Motion sickness is normal for first-time VR users and usually passes quickly. We have a comfortable rest area and water available. If you need to end your session early due to illness, we'll credit your account for a future visit.
